Times and days:
Products purchased from are delivered Monday - Friday between 0800 - 1800.
We do not offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or after hours because of the extra charges for delivery, we want to ensure you save the most through your deliveries.
Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the soonest business day.
Deliveries made within Cape Town CBD and peninsula area (see coverage area on the Delivery Details page) will be delivered at the following times:

Our aim is to get you your Kombucha as fresh and fast as possible.
Some deliveries however may take a little longer than the indicated times due to high volumes of orders, traffic and potential unforeseen circumstances.
If your order hasn’t arrived please refer to your tracking number that will be provided via email when the order is placed.

How much is the delivery cost?
The delivery cost of your order will depend on the quantity ordered as well as the delivery location, and will be calculated at checkout.
We are always working with our delivery company to bring you the best prices.
Please ensure that the correct address is entered into the delivery location at checkout, as that will be the address the order is delivered to.
Wild Leaf Kombucha is delivered in a securely taped box. Upon arrival you should place your Kombucha in the fridge immediately.
As we offer 1-2 day shipping your Kombucha won’t be out of the fridge for too long, but we advise placing in the fridge and letting it cool down prior to opening.
Best before dates are clearly marked on the bottom of each bottle and you must consume your Kombucha prior to the end of the month stated.
Wild Leaf Brew is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen Kombucha, any Kombucha that is left out of the fridge for any extended period of time or any other delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or weather.
